Connect social accounts

Anthyx can publish to and pull analytics from all major social platforms. You need to connect each account once — credentials are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and never visible to Anthyx staff.

Supported platforms

  • Instagram Business — requires a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page
  • LinkedIn — personal profile or Company Page
  • X / Twitter — requires X developer app approval (OAuth 1.0a)
  • Facebook Page — requires Page admin access
  • TikTok — Business account required for scheduling
  • Pinterest — Business account required

How to connect

  1. Go to Settings → Accounts.
  2. Click Connect next to the platform.
  3. You are redirected to the platform's own OAuth page. Log in and grant the required permissions.
  4. You are returned to Anthyx and the account appears as Connected.

Token expiry and reconnection

Most platform tokens last 60–90 days. Anthyx will notify you by email and with an in-app banner when a token is about to expire. To reconnect, go to Settings → Accounts and click Reconnect. Scheduled posts that fall within the expired window will be held and published once you reconnect.

Removing an account

Click the three-dot menu next to the account and select Disconnect. This revokes Anthyx's access token and removes the account from all future scheduling. Posts already published are unaffected.
