Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Plan → Upgrade. You are charged immediately for the prorated difference to the new plan. New limits apply instantly.

Downgrading

Go to Settings → Plan → Change plan and select a lower tier. The downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Until then you retain your current limits. If you have more brands or accounts than the lower plan allows, you will need to delete the excess before the downgrade takes effect (Anthyx will remind you).

Cancelling

Go to Settings → Plan → Cancel plan. Your subscription is cancelled at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then. Your data is retained for 60 days after cancellation in case you wish to reactivate.

Invoices and receipts

Invoices are emailed to your billing email automatically after each successful charge. Past invoices are also available at Settings → Billing → Invoice history.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Anthyx retries on day 3, 7, and 14. After the third failure, your account is downgraded to Free. Update your payment method at Settings → Billing → Payment method to restore access.
