Team & permissions (RBAC)

Anthyx uses role-based access control (RBAC) so you can give team members and clients the right level of access without exposing sensitive settings or billing information.

Built-in roles

  • Owner — full access including billing, plan management, and team settings. One per workspace.
  • Admin — everything except billing and transferring ownership.
  • Editor — can create, edit, and approve content. Cannot change settings or invite members.
  • Reviewer — can view and approve/reject content in the review queue. Read-only elsewhere.
  • Client — can view the Client Portal for their assigned brands only. Cannot access the main dashboard.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team → Invite member.
  2. Enter their email address and select a role.
  3. Optionally restrict them to specific brands (Admin and below).
  4. Click Send invite. They receive an email with a secure link valid for 72 hours.

Changing a role

Go to Settings → Team, click the three-dot menu next to the member, and select Change role. The change is immediate. The member does not need to log out and back in.

Removing a member

Click Remove from workspace in the three-dot menu. Their sessions are invalidated immediately. Content they created remains unless you delete it separately.

Client Portal access

The Client role gives access to a read-only portal at app.useanthyx.com/portal. Clients can view scheduled and published posts for their brand, download reports, and leave comments. They cannot access other brands, settings, or billing.

Plan limits

The number of team seats depends on your plan. Free includes 1 seat, Starter 3, Growth 10, and Agency+ unlimited. Client Portal seats are always free and do not count against the team seat limit.
