Email campaigns
Last updated: June 2026
Anthyx includes a full email marketing module — list management, template builder, campaign sending, and deliverability analytics. No separate ESP required on Starter and above.
Building your mailing list
Lists live under Email → Lists. You can:
- Import a CSV (columns: email, first_name, last_name, and any custom fields)
- Embed an Anthyx Form with an email field — subscribers are added automatically
- Use the API to sync from your CRM
All contacts require explicit consent. Anthyx will refuse imports that don't include a consent timestamp column.
Creating a campaign
- Go to Email → Campaigns → New campaign.
- Choose a list and optionally a segment filter.
- Pick a template or start from blank in the drag-and-drop builder.
- Fill in the subject line, preview text, and from-name.
- Send a test email to yourself before scheduling.
- Schedule or send immediately.
Deliverability
Anthyx sends through Resend with a shared sending domain. For best deliverability on high-volume sends, configure a custom sending domain under Settings → Email → Sending domain. You'll need to add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC DNS records.
Analytics
After sending, the campaign detail page shows: delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed. Click-map view shows which links were clicked most. All data updates in real time via Resend webhooks.
Unsubscribe handling
Every Anthyx email automatically includes an unsubscribe link. Clicks are processed instantly — the contact is suppressed from future sends and cannot be re-added to any list without fresh consent.
