Brand ingestion
Last updated: June 2026
Brand ingestion is how Anthyx learns your brand's voice, visual style, and strategic positioning. The more context you give, the more accurate and on-brand all AI-generated content will be.
What you can upload
- Brand guidelines PDF — tone of voice, typography, do's and don'ts
- Logo (PNG/SVG) — used in OG images and campaign thumbnails
- Existing content URLs — past blog posts, LinkedIn articles, or campaign landing pages
- Competitor URLs — optional, so Anthyx can contrast your style
- A brief text description — a short paragraph describing what makes your brand different
How ingestion works
When you save a brand profile, Anthyx's ingestion agent reads every document you've uploaded, extracts key signals (tone adjectives, vocabulary choices, formatting patterns, audience signals), and stores them as a compact brand context. This context is injected into every AI prompt that generates content for that brand.
Re-ingesting after changes
If you upload new documents or update the brand description, click Re-ingest in Settings → Brands → [Brand name] → Brand context. Ingestion takes 30–120 seconds depending on the size of the documents. Existing scheduled posts are not affected — the new context applies to content generated after the re-ingest.
Brand context quality tips
- Upload at least one real piece of existing brand copy — even an "About us" page works well.
- Keep brand guidelines under 20 pages; very long PDFs get truncated.
- Add a short "We never say…" list to the description — it dramatically improves tone accuracy.
